November 11, 2020 – RBC Wealth Management, part of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), has appointed Juan Aronna as Head of Investments, Wealth Management International and Wealth Management Asia, effective 1 November 2020. Reporting to Maarten Jansen – Head, Investments & Trading, Juan will be responsible for the leadership of RBC Wealth Management’s investments teams in London, Jersey, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Juan has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and takes on this expanded role after six years as Head of Investment Solutions and Products for RBC Wealth Management Asia. In this role, Juan was responsible for the Discretionary Portfolio Management unit as well as all Products, Risk and Governance, and the Execution Desk. Prior to joining RBC, Juan was Head of Investment Management Singapore at UBS AG.
Juan is expected to relocate from Hong Kong to London in approximately May 2021.
