MINNEAPOLIS (December 14, 2022) – Shareen Luze, Head of Culture and Field Experience at RBC Wealth Management – U.S., has been recognized as one of Twin Cities Business magazine’s 100 people to know in the Minnesota business community in 2023.
The magazine publishes its “TCB 100” list each year, composed of CEOs, founders, philanthropists, government officials and business leaders likely to make news and drive change in the year ahead. Luze and the other 2023 recipients were honored Dec. 8 evening at a reception in Minneapolis.

Luze joined RBC Wealth Management in 2006. In her current role, she serves as the company’s key champion of the employee experience and is dedicated to preserving and promoting the firm’s unique culture. She provides oversight and counsel on workplace strategy, and oversees the implementation of the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy. She is co-executive chair of the firm’s Diversity Leadership Council and executive sponsor of the RBC Wealth Management Women’s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA).
She is also on the board of directors for the Tubman Center, which promotes safe and healthy individuals and families through education and support services.
Prior to RBC Wealth Management, Luze practiced employment law at a Minneapolis law firm. She earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law.
